We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you're not, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding the original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective. See Exclusions below.

If you return an item after 30 days but within 90 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted.

Exclusions

  • Food and Water: Returns for food and water items are subject to a higher 20% restocking fee due to the expiration date.
  • Custom Imprinted Orders: Custom orders, including any imprinted products, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are a “final” sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return a Product

Email us at orders@moreprepared.com or call 888.733.7245 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PST) to request an RA (return authorization) number before returning any items. Please include your name, email, phone number, and order/invoice number and the reason you wish to return the item.

Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, it will be processed, and a credit will be given or a refund will be processed back to the original credit card. Items purchased by cash or check will be issued a check. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to be processed.
