Refund & Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or defective, in which case return shipping will be covered by More Prepared.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-imprinted products and sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipment. To request an RA number, please contact us at orders@moreprepared.com
or 888-733-7245 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST). Please include your name, email address, phone number, order or invoice number, and the reason for the return.

Returns received without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds or store credits will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payments made by check will be refunded by check. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of the return for processing.
