How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed online at www.moreprepared.com, by email at orders@moreprepared.com, by phone at 888-733-7245 or 310-676-3155, or by mail or in person at 635 Hawaii Avenue, Torrance, CA 90503. Local customers may also select store pickup when available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, cash, and approved purchase orders. Net accounts may be available upon approved credit for schools, municipalities, government agencies, public institutions, and qualifying organizations. International customers outside the U.S. and Canada must pay by wire transfer. Click here to download an application.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing?
Yes. Tax-exempt purchasing is available for qualifying organizations. Please provide a valid exemption certificate prior to checkout or email it to orders@moreprepared.com.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, purchase orders are accepted for eligible customers. Place your order online and select 'purchase order' as the method of payment. Once the order is placed, please email your purchase order to orders@moreprepared.com for review and processing.
Can you provide quotes before ordering?
Yes. Written quotes are available upon request. Please contact us at quotes@moreprepared.com with the items, quantities, and delivery location, and we will provide a formal quote.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and Canada via UPS, USPS, or DHL. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party. For destinations outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact quotes@moreprepared.com or call 888-733-7245 to request a custom shipping quote.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Torrance, California warehouse. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you prior to shipment. Estimated transit times vary by location and shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
How are large or palletized orders shipped?
Large or heavy orders are typically shipped via freight truck on a pallet. To ensure accurate delivery and pricing, we may request information such as loading dock availability, forklift access, delivery hours, and on-site contact details. Optional services such as lift gate, inside delivery, white-glove service, or Certificates of Insurance (COIs) may incur additional charges.
Can you split shipments or ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Orders may be shipped to multiple locations or split into multiple deliveries upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Can you hold inventory or schedule future delivery?
Inventory holding or scheduled delivery may be available for large or institutional orders. Please contact us to discuss requirements.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes. Customers in the Southern California area may select Store Pickup or arrange warehouse pickup at our Torrance location. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (PST).
Do you offer custom kits?
Yes. We specialize in custom emergency preparedness kits. Please contact us with your requirements and desired quantities, and we will provide a custom quote. You can also review more information about custom kits here.
Are your products compliant with government or school requirements?
Many of our products are used by schools, government agencies, and public institutions. Compliance documentation is available upon request for applicable items.

Do you offer custom logo imprinting?
Yes. Custom logo imprinting is available on select bags and kits. Pricing depends on order quantity and logo specifications. Please email your logo for review so we can provide an accurate quote. Embroidery, custom labels, and tags may also be available. Click here for more information.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes. Bulk pricing is available for qualifying orders. Please contact us with the items and quantities you are interested in, and we will provide a written quote.
What if I don’t see the product I need on your website?
If you are looking for a product not currently listed, please contact us. We regularly source additional items and may be able to procure what you need.
What is your return policy?
Most items may be returned within 60 days, subject to eligibility requirements. Custom-imprinted and sale items are non-returnable. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details and return authorization requirements.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do not offer traditional wholesale pricing. However, bulk discounts and custom kit pricing are available. We also support private-label and custom-branded kits for resale. Please contact info@moreprepared.com for more information.
Why may items in my kit look different from the website images?
Product brands and packaging may vary due to vendor availability. All items are vetted to meet our quality standards. Website images may not reflect the exact brand received. If a specific brand is required, please contact us prior to ordering.
Do your products have expiration dates or shelf life?
Yes. Food, water, medical products, and other items have manufacturer-specified expiration dates or shelf life. Details are provided on product pages or available upon request.
