Branding & Logo Options for Custom Kits

Custom emergency kits can include organization-specific branding to support identification, accountability, and standardization across locations. Branding options are available for both soft bags and hard containers and may be incorporated as part of a custom kit configuration.

Branding for Bags & Backpacks

Soft bags such as backpacks, duffel bags, and other fabric containers may be branded using one of the following methods:

  • Silk-screen printing (single or multiple colors)
  • Embroidery

Branding costs typically include a one-time setup charge and a per-unit cost based on the selected method. For repeat orders using the same artwork, setup charges may be reduced or waived depending on the quantity.

Pricing for silk-screen printing is generally based on the number of colors and print locations. Embroidery pricing is based on logo complexity and stitch count.

Minimum quantities may apply for certain branding methods.
Imprinted or embroidered bags typically require a minimum order quantity (often around 25 units), depending on the bag style and branding method. Our team can confirm minimums during the quote process.

Branding for Containers & Packaging

Hard containers such as pails, tubs, bins, and other rigid cases may be branded using custom full-color labels.

Label options may include:

  • Organization logo
  • Contact or department information
  • Kit identification
  • Contents list
  • Special instructions or messaging

Labels are commonly used to support visibility, compliance, and consistency across classrooms, facilities, vehicles, or centralized storage locations.

Logo & Artwork Requirements

To ensure accurate reproduction, artwork should be provided in an appropriate format based on the branding method:

Preferred formats (vector):

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • PDF (vector-based)

For spot colors, please provide the Pantone (PMS) color reference.

Raster images (if applicable):

  • Minimum resolution: 300 ppi at final size
  • Color mode: CMYK
  • Acceptable formats: TIFF, JPEG, or Photoshop files
