Aledo ISD Contract — EPCNT & CTPA Interlocal Purchasing
More Prepared was awarded a contract under Aledo Independent School District RFP 2505-04, Retail Products and Services. The current contract term extends through August 31, 2030.
Eligible EPCNT and CTPA member organizations may be able to use the Aledo ISD contract through interlocal purchasing arrangements where permitted. Each organization must confirm its membership, purchasing authority, and internal procurement requirements before issuing an order.

How Contract Purchasing Works

- Confirm eligibility and product coverage. Your purchasing department confirms that the organization may use the selected vehicle. More Prepared will confirm whether the requested products are covered.
- Request a contract quote. Provide products or specifications, quantities, delivery locations, required timeline, and the purchasing vehicle you intend to use.
- Complete your organization’s approval process. Follow any quote-comparison, solicitation, authorization, or documentation requirements applicable to the purchase.
- Issue a purchase order. Reference the applicable More Prepared quote and contract number on the purchase order.
- Coordinate fulfillment and delivery. We will confirm lead time, shipping method, receiving requirements, and documentation before fulfillment.

Is GoodBuy available to agencies outside Texas?
GoodBuy's membership includes agencies that join through interlocal agreements. While the cooperative is administered in Texas and has strong participation among Texas school districts and public agencies, eligible entities in other states may be able to participate. Contact us and we can help confirm eligibility for your agency.
What is cooperative or interlocal purchasing?
Cooperative and interlocal purchasing allows eligible public agencies to purchase from an existing competitively awarded contract instead of issuing a separate solicitation, subject to the agency’s procurement authority and policies.
Who can use an interlocal or cooperative contract?
Eligibility depends on the agency type and the cooperative/interlocal agreement rules. Many public entities, such as school districts, municipalities, counties, special districts, and other governmental organizations, may be eligible where authorized.
What cooperative purchasing options does More Prepared currently support?
More Prepared LLC supports cooperative and interlocal purchasing through our awarded contracts with GoodBuy, Aledo Independent School District, with interlocal purchasing available to EPCNT and CTPA member agencies where permitted.
Do we need to solicit bids if we buy through a cooperative contract?

What documentation can you provide for our procurement file?

How do we place an order using cooperative purchasing?

Can you support multi-site deliveries and standardized kits?
Yes. We regularly support standardized kit deployments across multiple sites and can assist with kitting, labeling, and delivery coordination based on the agency’s needs.
Does cooperative purchasing apply to federal agencies?
Federal purchasing is typically handled through federal channels such as GSA. Federal agencies may purchase through our GSA Schedule contract where applicable.
