These kits are designed to support workplace emergency plans, shelter-in-place procedures, and site-level response. They can complement an Emergency Action Plan (EAP), employee training, and facility-specific procedures, but no emergency kit by itself establishes OSHA or Cal/OSHA compliance. Employers should evaluate the hazards, occupancy, layout, and applicable requirements for each workplace.

How do I choose the right workplace emergency kit size?
Use the maximum number of employees, contractors, and visitors expected at the location or during the largest shift. For multi-floor or multi-building facilities, consider staging kits by floor, department, or response zone instead of keeping all supplies in one central location.
Does the stated capacity apply to each bin or the complete kit?
The stated capacity applies to the complete kit. Kits packed in multiple numbered bins must be kept together because each bin is one component of the full configuration.
How many rolling bins are included?
The 30-, 40- and 50-person kits use one rolling bin. Kits for 60 through 100 people use two bins. The 250-, 500-, 750- and 1,000-person kits include 5, 10, 15 and 20 bins respectively.
What supplies are included?
Contents vary by capacity but generally include emergency food and water, first aid supplies, sanitation materials, lighting, communication equipment, protective items, blankets and basic emergency tools. Exact quantities are listed on each product page.
Are these workplace emergency kits OSHA compliant?
No emergency kit by itself establishes OSHA compliance. These kits can support an employer’s emergency planning and shelter-in-place preparations, but each organization remains responsible for its Emergency Action Plan, employee training, hazard assessment and applicable regulatory requirements.
Do you accept purchase orders and tax-exempt orders?
Yes. More Prepared accepts purchase orders from qualified organizations and supports tax-exempt purchasing. Eligible buyers may also purchase through GSA, CMAS, GoodBuy and other cooperative contracts.
How do rolling-bin kits ship?
Rolling-bin kits are palletized and shipped by freight carrier. Curbside delivery is standard; liftgate, inside-delivery and white-glove options can be quoted when required.
Can the kits be customized or branded?
Yes. Contents, quantities, labeling and deployment configurations can be customized for volume orders, multi-site programs and organization-specific requirements.
Can expired food and water be replaced without purchasing another complete kit?
Yes. Replenishment kits are available for replacing food, water and other dated components while retaining the rolling bins and durable supplies.
