How to Purchase Through CMAS

1. Send Us Your Requirements

Provide the products or type of solution needed, quantities, delivery location or locations, required delivery date, and any agency-specific purchasing requirements.

2. Request a CMAS Quote

We will review the request, confirm contract coverage, and prepare a quote identifying applicable products, pricing, delivery charges, estimated lead time, and the More Prepared CMAS contract number.

3. Complete Your Agency’s Purchasing Process

Your purchasing department determines the applicable solicitation, quote-comparison, approval, and documentation requirements. Use of CMAS does not replace any procedures your agency is required to follow.

4. Issue a Purchase Order

Once approved, submit a purchase order referencing:

* More Prepared LLC
* CMAS contract number 4-26-03-1093
* The applicable More Prepared quote
* Billing and delivery information
* Required agency contacts and instructions

5. Coordinate Fulfillment and Delivery

Our team will confirm the order, lead time, delivery method, site requirements, and receiving contacts. We support parcel, palletized freight, scheduled delivery, and coordinated multi-site fulfillment when required.

CMAS Purchasing FAQs

Who can purchase through CMAS?

CMAS is available to eligible California state and local government agencies. Each purchasing organization is responsible for confirming its authority and following its internal procurement requirements.

Does CMAS eliminate all bidding or quote requirements?

Not necessarily. CMAS can streamline the procurement process, but solicitation, comparison, approval, and purchasing requirements depend on applicable state rules and the buying agency’s own policies.

Can schools and school districts use CMAS?

Some California local government and educational entities may be eligible to use CMAS. The purchasing organization should confirm eligibility and applicable procedures with its procurement department.

Do all More Prepared products qualify for CMAS purchasing?

Only products covered by the current CMAS contract may be purchased under that contract. Send us your requested items and we will confirm coverage when preparing the quote.

Can More Prepared support multiple delivery locations?

Yes. We can coordinate standardized products, labeling, packing, freight, receiving requirements, and delivery across multiple facilities or locations. Delivery requirements should be included with the quote request.

Request a CMAS Quote

Tell us what your agency needs, including quantities, delivery ZIP codes, required timeline, and any applicable purchasing requirements. We will confirm CMAS product eligibility and prepare the appropriate quote and supporting documentation.
