Since 2005, More Prepared has designed and assembled custom emergency kits for school districts, government agencies, corporations, healthcare facilities, and public safety organizations across the United States and internationally. Our custom kitting capability allows organizations to move beyond off-the-shelf solutions and procure kits built to their specific environment, population, preparedness standards, and operational requirements.
What We Build

72-hour survival and shelter-in-place kits sized by headcount and facility type, classroom and student emergency kits for K-12 and higher education environments, workplace and facility kits for single-site and multi-location organizations, CERT and mass casualty response kits built to agency or FEMA CERT program specifications, trauma and bleeding control kits configured for specific response roles, search and rescue kits for field response teams, triage kits for mass casualty incident management, floor warden and evacuation kits for building safety staff, and go-bags and response kits for field personnel and mobile response teams.

How It Works
Our kitting process is straightforward and designed to minimize administrative burden for procurement and safety teams. Contact us with your requirements — kit contents or use case, quantity, delivery location, timeline, and budget if available. We will review your request and follow up promptly with any questions or a detailed quote. Once approved, we coordinate sourcing, assembly, quality review, packaging, and delivery.
For single or multi-site deployments we collect detailed receiver information prior to delivery — including contact names, delivery hours, access requirements, loading dock availability, gate codes, holiday schedules, and any special instructions — to ensure a smooth fulfillment experience at every location. Where needed, we segregate, box, palletize, and label supplies by location, school, department, or building to minimize the burden on warehouse staff and the personnel responsible for internal distribution.
Purchase orders are accepted from government agencies, school districts, and qualifying organizations. Tax-exempt orders are accommodated.
