Shelf Life, Storage & Maintenance
Emergency food and water in this kit are sealed for long-term storage and typically have shelf lives of up to five years. Other components such as lighting, radios, blankets, and safety gear last longer but should be inspected periodically.
This backpack kit can be stored near an exit, in a closet, under a desk, or in a vehicle trunk. Reviewing the kit annually helps ensure readiness. When food, water, or medical items expire, replenishment kits can be used to replace consumable components and extend the life of the backpack and durable supplies.

Very nice. I ordered another one last year. The best price and well equipped for the purpose. More of my friends ordered also!
We received the items very quickly and they all seemed to be packaged well. We do have a staff member that is allergic to coconut. Many people have food (especially nut) allergies. I suggest including rations that do not have nuts and possibly some that are dairy and gluten free as well. Thanks.
