This course teaches emergency assessment and treatment for the everyday injuries most likely to happen in a workplace, school, or home — minor wounds, open wounds, concussions, burns, poisoning, allergic reactions, heat and cold emergencies, and bites or stings.
A certified trainer travels to your location anywhere in the continental US to deliver hands-on instruction tailored to real-world scenarios. All skills checks happen in person, and your team walks away certified the same day.
Course length: 3–4 hours

What Happens After You Order & Cancellation Policy

On-Site version: We'll send you a Training Request Form to confirm your preferred date, desired start time, and the training location.
Online version: We'll send you details on accessing your online coursework.
Scheduling
On-site version: Once we receive your completed form, we'll coordinate with our training partner to confirm your session. Please allow up to 10 business days from your requested date.
Skills Materials
Online version: Once you complete the coursework, we'll ship your skills check materials, including a training mannequin, to your home or office.
Skills Verification
On-site version: All skills checks are completed in person with your instructor during the session.
Online version: You'll complete a live skills check with a certified instructor over webcam.
Certification
Your certification is issued digitally by our training partner, upon successful completion of the course.
Cancellation Policy
On-site version: cancellation before scheduled class:
- 5+ business days: no charge
- 2 to 4 business days: 50% of class price
- 1 day or less: 100% of class price
