Customization Methods:
Screen printing is available for single and multi-color logos with clean lines and solid color fills — the most common and cost-effective method for most agency and organizational logos.
Embroidery provides a premium stitched finish with excellent durability and a professional appearance preferred for CERT team gear, command bags, and agency response equipment that will see regular use over multiple years.

Full-color heat transfer is available for logos with multiple colors, gradients, photographic elements, or complex artwork that cannot be reproduced accurately through screen printing or embroidery. Heat transfer produces a full photographic-quality imprint in any color combination.

Pricing and Fees:
A one-time setup fee applies per imprint color for screen printing. Embroidery setup fees are based on stitch count. Heat transfer setup fees are based on imprint size. An imprint fee applies per location for each item printed — for example, a bag with your logo on the front and your agency name on a side pocket is considered two imprint locations and two imprint fees per bag. Minimum order is 25 bags per style per decoration run. Artwork Requirements:
Camera-ready print-ready artwork is preferred for best results. High-resolution files in JPG or PNG format are accepted. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal for screen printing and embroidery since they scale without quality loss. Simple layouts such as adding your agency logo to a standard bag template can be accommodated at no additional charge. Extensive custom design work is available for an additional fee — contact us to discuss your design needs before ordering.
Please note that low-resolution images — including logos downloaded from websites or photos taken on a phone — cannot produce professional imprint quality regardless of decoration method. If you are unsure whether your artwork meets resolution or format requirements, send your files to More Prepared before placing your order and we will advise you on suitability before proceeding.
