What is your return policy?

Most items are returnable within 60 days for a full refund. You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. Custom-imprinted and sale items are final sale. Request an RA at orders@moreprepared.com.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Select Store Pickup at checkout (no shipping fee). We’ll email within 24–48 hours when ready. Pickup Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM PST at our Torrance warehouse. Need it ASAP? Add a note and we’ll do our best.

How fast does More Prepared ship, and what are typical delivery times?

Most orders ship within 24 hours from Torrance, CA. Typical transit: Southern: CA 1 day, Northern CA: 2 days, East Coast: 5 business days. P.O. Box/APO ship via USPS Priority. We also ship to the U.S. and Canada via UPS/USPS/DHL (duties/taxes paid by customer). Larger orders ship by freight truck and transit times may be longer.
