The Guppy™ Seaming Strip Connector joins two standard Guppy Water-Filled Flood Tubes of the same diameter, helping create a longer, more continuous temporary flood barrier.
The reusable connector wraps around the ends of two adjoining tubes and fastens with industrial-grade hook-and-loop material. This helps keep the tubes aligned and minimizes openings where water could pass between separate sections.
Connector sizes are available for 6-inch, 12-inch and 24-inch Guppy tubes. The selected connector must match the diameter of both tubes being joined. For example, a 12-inch connector can only be used with two 12-inch Guppy tubes.
Constructed from composite PVC mesh, the connector is UV treated, waterproof, antistatic, and resistant to oil and chemicals. After use, it can be cleaned, dried and stored with the Guppy tubes for future deployment.
