Sadly, I never got the whistles. Can someone assist me with this issue? I would appreciate your help. Thank you
Update: I was assisted immediately with both a personal call and email! A replacement order was sent and I received it. Meanwhile, the lost order at UPS was found and delivered. I received another call and email with a return label to send the replacement box back. Amazing service! Thank you for your generous support with this.
We are sorry to hear this! This shipment went out 1/5/26 and UPS tracking shows that it has been sitting at their facility in MN since 1/9/26.
